I agree that TopBridge Academy, its staff, board members, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my child\'s participation in normal school activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury or illness my child experiences during school hours or school-sponsored activities.
